December 21, 2021- Macomb, Illinois. Lamoine Valley REALTORS®, Chapter of the Peoria Area Association of REALTORS® held its 8th Annual Boots for Kids campaign throughout the months of November and December.
Through monetary donations, Boots for Kids is able to evenly distribute funds to schools who in turn purchase boots and other winter essentials for those in need ranging from K-3rd grade children in McDonough County. We are happy to announce that Lamoine Valley REALTORS® through the PAAR CARES Foundation, raised a total of $6,000 for this year’s Boots for Kids campaign. The three schools who will be receiving donations include Bushnell Prairie City School, Lincoln School and West Prairie North School.
“Lamoine Valley consistently shows up for children in need. We are very pleased with this year’s turnout despite the difficulties faced in fundraising with COVID,” said Mary Ann Ladendorf, 2021 PAAR CARES Foundation Chairman.
If you would like to make a contribution for next year’s Boots for Kids campaign, PAAR CARES Foundation accepts cash or checks payable to ‘PAAR CARES Foundation’ and put ‘Boots for Kids’ in the memo. You can drop off donations at 119 N Randolph, Macomb or 7307 N Willowlake Ct., Peoria. Donations are tax deductible as PAAR CARES Foundation is a 501C3.
