Opportunity Zones are all the buzz in the investment world right now and will continue to gain traction for some time to come. What’s an Opportunity Zone? At a high-level, they’re an incentive that small, medium, and large investors can use without all the complexity and costs of some of the other incentive programs available; such as Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), New Market Tax Credits or Historical Tax Credits.
