REAL ESTATE BROKER, APPRAISER OR MANAGING BROKER JOINING EXISTING MEMBER COMPANY
An individual holding an Illinois real estate, appraiser or leasing agent license interested in joining PAAR and who is sponsored by an established PAAR member office.
CRITERIA:
- Complete Membership application, signed by Managing Broker
- Copy of license or proof of applying for license with IDFPR
- Head shot photo in jpg format
- Full payment of applicable fees. Payments accepted by American Express, Discover, VISA, check or cash.
- Mandatory Training (see below).

Once all items are received and processed at PAAR, the applicant will be contacted to set up an appointment to meet with the Membership Department to submit payment, review fees and mandatory training requirements. Applicants will receive their login and Sentrilock information at this time.
Applications will not be processed until all items listed above have been received.
Mandatory Training Requirements
NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION CLASS. According to the PAAR Bylaws, all new (provisional) members are required to attend at the first available session from the time of application, (no later than the 2nd offering). These sessions are offered quarterly. Failure to attend the second session offered will result in the revocation of your provisional membership and all services until the class requirements have been completed.
PARAGON MLS TRAINING. All new (provisional) members are required to attend this two-hour class at the first available session.
