RE BROKER, APPRAISER OR MANAGING BROKER JOINING EXISTING MEMBER COMPANY

An individual holding an Illinois real estate, appraiser or leasing agent license interested in joining PAAR and who is sponsored by an established PAAR member office.

MLS ONLY ACCESS FOR INDIVIDUAL REALTOR®

The Designated Managing Broker must first join as a participant of the MLS before any licensed real estate agents within the firm can join. The Designated Managing Broker and licensee must belong to a REALTOR® Association.

SECONDARY MEMBER & MLS

Secondary members are REALTORS® who pay their state and national dues through another Association which would be considered their primary Association. Individuals may join as a secondary member without their managing broker being a member of PAAR, however if the licensee wants MLS access their managing broker must first join PAAR and the MLS.

SECONDARY MEMBER & MLS - OUT OF STATE

Out of state Secondary Members are REALTORS® who pay their national dues through another association which would be considered their primary association. In addition, since their primary association is in a different state, Illinois REALTOR® dues would need to be paid to PAAR. Individuals may join as a Secondary Member without their managing broker's membership at PAAR, however, if the licensee wishes MLS access, the managing broker must first join PAAR and the MLS.

AFFILIATE

Affiliate membership shall be real estate owners and other individuals or firms who, while not engaged in the real estate profession, have interests requiring information concerning real estate and are in sympathy with the objectives of the Association.
