SECONDARY COMPANY AND MLS
CRITERIA:
- Complete Membership application
- Complete MLS Participant application
- Copy of Managing Broker license and company license
- Letter of good standing from Primary Association
- Headshot photo in jpg format
- If you are sponsoring agents who will not utilize the MLS, the Managing Broker will be exempt from paying MLS subscriber fees for any individual eligible as named in the MLS Subscription Waiver, however each licensee will need to subscribe to at least one MLS where the principal broker participates.
- Full payment of applicable fees. Payments accepted by American Express, Discover, VISA, check or cash.

Once all items are received and processed at PAAR, the applicant will be contacted to set up an appointment to meet with the Membership Department to submit payment, review fees and mandatory training requirements. Applicants will receive their login and Sentrilock information at this time.
Applications will not be processed until all items listed above have been received.
